I must say that from the very beginning of meeting Austin until the final paperwork was completed it was truly a great experience. Austin was very patient with me answering all my questions. Recently bought my first car from Mason! I'm very particular about certain things, but I also didn't know much about certain makes and models of cars so I was very thankful for how helpful Mason was. He was able to find me a Bronco Sport within my budget and with all of the specifics I wanted (i.e. heated seats, leather, box-like frame, etc).
I had a discount coupon for $30 off a oil.change, 15% off for recommended brake flush & injector cleaner . Total bill only had $ 64 dollars off. I calculated the discount should have been around $120 off or close . Not happy

Thank you Mason Munn for staying late on a Friday night! You allowed us to take it for a test drive and provided information along the way with only 15 minutes before closing! You helped us negotiate a great price and we were able to drive off with exactly what I wanted!! The whole team made it a great experience! They stayed almost 2 hours after closing to make sure we didn't have any questions and had everything we needed before we left. I love my 2025 Ford Explorer Platinum!!
Very friendly staff. The service was very timely. I received suggestions on other services to be performed with option to accept or reject. I also received full paperwork for my visit. Even with my swollen lug nuts they still rotated my tires. Very fair and competitive price for my oil change.

I took my Lincoln Aviator to Corwin Ford Republic for a C-pillar recall repair. The service was completed quickly, but it soon became clear why.
During the repair, the technicians scratched two of my windows while removing the C-pillar trim. They also left adhesive residue all over my vehicle, including on the chrome trim, rubber trim, windows, and paint. This wasn't a simple wipe-down issue—the adhesive was difficult to remove and required some effort to clean.

Communication was super poor. I texted back several times with questions and they were never answered. I also tried to call and could get thru to a person. Service was also very slow. It 2 hours from my appointment to get a report on my vehicle. Then another 2 and a half hours for them to finish the service. For a simple oil change (works package) with no other add on fixes. Also the shuttle service never answered their phone. I finally had to spend money on an Uber to get my car. Pathetic.
Everyone here was very kind and helpful through the entire buying process. I got exactly what I asked for and couldn’t be happier with my purchase. Thank you everyone!

Me and my boyfriend purchased a 2016 Challenger scat pack 1 week ago. We got to work with Mason. Mason is fairly new, however he was very easy to work with. Very respectful. Any questions we had he answered but also got more answers from higher up to ensure information was correct. Within the 1 week of having the car, Mason called to check on the vehicle and to ensure everything was still well on the vehicle and to ensure we still loved. (Which we do).
