I would strongly advise anyone considering Corwin Ford Republic or and Corwin to be extremely cautious.
In January, I requested a refund for a service contract I purchased while I was employed there. I was lied to about the contract terms, delayed for months without action, and misled repeatedly about the refund process. Only after pushing for answers did they finally admit that my cancellation was never processed until nearly three months after my original request.

Brian is an outstanding sales consultant. He was thoughtful and extremely helpful and showed and explained all of the features clearly.
Bought a F150, high pressure and the usual silly games. Never came with a manual and after a year of trying to get them to give me one, I gave up. They sold me a warranty through Fidelity Warranty Services. Be sure to google this company before you pay for a warranty through Fidelity Warranty.
I've dealt with Jayden A. a few times now and he had been beyond helpful, considerate, and knowledgeable. 10/10

So I have worked with Brian Hinkle a couple times. When I bought a vehicle he worked well with the price everything I wanted. Then I downgraded my Suburban and like the last time he did amazing work got me the price as close as we could. When I am ready to buy my next new vehicle I will definitely give him my repeat business. What I loved the most he was very knowledgeable, answered my questions thoroughly, was not pushy like alot, and gave me options.
Great experience buying our Bronco Sport. Brian Hinkle explained the differences in the models and helped us find the perfect one for us. Rob in Finance was great also. I have had good experience with the Service Department and would definitely recommend this Ford Dealership!

Absolutely horrible! Had my oil changed in my car yesterday. Had an 8am appt. My car didnt move until 1. I am so glad I wasnt waiting on it or relying on them for a time frame. They did not call me or update the app until I called them at 445. I had to call 7 times before I got an answer! Everytime, it would go to voicemail or I would get someone and it would go to voicemail when I was transferred. They also never rotated my tires but the paperwork states they did! I wish there was a 0 star available… READ BEFORE YOU BUY HERE: I have been waiting for almost a year for a Ford Maverick that I ordered and put $1,000 deposit down on 09/19/2022. Get a call today 07/21/2023 informing me that my 2023 will not be built, but they will be more than happy to charge me $4k more for the exact same truck built in 2024 (that I may or may not get a year from now). Had a verbal offer over the phone to trade in a vehicle and purchase a used one from them. When I arrived to haggle a little more on price, they came back almost a thousand dollars higher than the phone offer. They came down a few hundred but the offer was still higher than it was when I walked through the door. Don’t make promises you can’t keep.

We bought a gold certified used car from them. They guaranteed us that everything was inspected and in great condition. Less than 2 weeks after buying it the motor blew and had to be replaced! We told them we didn't want it anymore and they told us that we could trade it in for a several thousand dollar loss on it or we had to take it home. I have been attempting to buy a vehicle since August, now it's late September. I've bought several but among other things I had the price raised twice on me at the end and I walked out. Never heard back from them except for a generic email. Worthless and and poor customer service. Bought a car from Thompson Cadillac in Springfield and they were very helpful and friendly.

Originally had not so good service from service department. Current update; spoke with Brad Anderson SM and he to wrong the fight. He was professional and wanted to earn my business. He did.
Straight forward, no nonsense negotiation, no surprises at finance. The salesman was quick to answer questions. He did not guess. He researched answers where he was unsure.
My second purchase from them and no problems before or after purchase. Had same salesman "Dakota" and felt he knew products well and no pressure.
My sales person (Jason) did a great job representing my offers with the sales manager. When all was said and done, the price of my truck worked out to be a bit less than my offer! And I know from experience that Republic Ford has a great service department!

I had a great experience with this dealer buying a used truck. My Sales Associate was Tonya J., and she was responsive, knowledgeable, courteous, and just generally great to work with. I have dealt with several car dealerships over the years, and this by far was the best experience I have ever had. In the past it has taken so long to complete the process. Our experience with Republic Ford was so seamless with no Hoops to jump through it was almost as if they just gave us the truck. They renewed my faith in car salesmanship, and I would recommend them to anybody.
I had done business with said company for the past several years. Sept. 9 I went in for an oil change and my car was running fine. They did the oil change supposedly and brought me nearly $1000 of additional services they wanted to do. The list included air filter and since they showed me a real nasty air filter supposedly from my car, I authorized replacement. They failed to reset the oil life gauge.
