Communication was super poor. I texted back several times with questions and they were never answered. I also tried to call and could get thru to a person. Service was also very slow. It 2 hours from my appointment to get a report on my vehicle. Then another 2 and a half hours for them to finish the service. For a simple oil change (works package) with no other add on fixes. Also the shuttle service never answered their phone. I finally had to spend money on an Uber to get my car. Pathetic.
Everyone here was very kind and helpful through the entire buying process. I got exactly what I asked for and couldn’t be happier with my purchase. Thank you everyone!

Me and my boyfriend purchased a 2016 Challenger scat pack 1 week ago. We got to work with Mason. Mason is fairly new, however he was very easy to work with. Very respectful. Any questions we had he answered but also got more answers from higher up to ensure information was correct. Within the 1 week of having the car, Mason called to check on the vehicle and to ensure everything was still well on the vehicle and to ensure we still loved. (Which we do). Overall working with Mason was very calm and pleasant. Thank you Mason!

Since becoming Corwin rather than Republic Ford and Friendly Ford, there is a seemingly formal and uncomfortable relationship between staff and customers, in my opinion. Secondly, the prices for service and maintenance tell me the dealership wants to extract as much money from the customer as possible. I’ve purchased numerous vehicles from the previous owners of both locations since 1994, but will look elsewhere in the future.

I always have a great experience when I work directly with the same service person at the dealership. But it is never a good experience when I call to try to make a service appointment. The call is never answered by a person, it automatically goes directly in a queue, and if I am prompted to leave a message, 90% of the time, I never receive a return call.

They are scam artist I bought a truck for 65k dollars.less than 5000miles on the truck a check engine light came on.I took it up there almost 10k in repairs needed front brack rear brakes needed new exhaust system than I was charged almost 200 dollars to tell me what was wrong and I left with the check engine light still on.I will never ever the rest of my life do any business with corwin.Oh and this was a blue certified truck Which I guess means nothing

The service department went above and beyond to diagnose and resolve all concerns I had. John Peebles and service manager Jeff as well as all in valet were delightful to interact with.

Needed a new transmission in my truck. I have an extended warranty through another company. The warranty company only wanted to pay about 75% of the price of a new transmission. Corwin Ford was able to give me a discount on my transmission, allowing me to get back on the road without paying a dime.
The whole process took a couple weeks. Corwin was able to provide me with a loaner vehicle the whole time at no charge, and my service advisor "Michael", kept me updated almost daily on the status of my truck.
