Kameron Eakins handled most of the process with me and was extremely responsive, straightforward, and helpful throughout the entire transaction. We had the price, financing, paperwork, and other details worked out before I made the trip to Missouri, which made purchasing a vehicle from over 1,000 miles away much easier than you might expect. My flight into Springfield was delayed several times and I didn't arrive until after the dealership had closed Friday night. The next morning, Stephan Nelson and Daniel Law picked my wife and me up from our hotel, and I was able to drive the Ranger back to the dealership. I inspected the truck, completed some paperwork with Stephan, and finally got to meet Kameron in person. Everyone was extremely friendly and welcoming. I then finished the paperwork with William Daingerfield in the business office. There was no pressure to purchase additional products or services, and the entire process at the dealership was incredibly quick and easy. I believe we were in and out in only about 30–40 minutes. As an out-of-state buyer, I was also concerned about receiving the MSO and paperwork I would need to title and register the Ranger in Florida. I was told it would normally arrive within about a week, but everything was already delivered to my home in Florida by Tuesday after purchasing the truck Saturday morning. I've purchased several vehicles out of state over the years, and this was one of the smoothest vehicle purchases I've had. I really appreciate Kameron, Stephan, Daniel, William, and everyone at Corwin for making the entire process so easy. I wouldn't hesitate to purchase another vehicle from them, even from 1,000+ miles away.

I had been looking for a Toyota Tacoma or a similar sized vehicle to trade for. My garage space with my current truck was limited. I found a Toyota Tacoma at Corwin Ford and test drove it. The next day, I went back to Corwin Ford and met with Carson Fickbohm who had I had visited with the day before during the test drive. Carson was very friendly and was eager to assist me in the trading of my truck for the Toyota Tacoma. Would recommend both Carson and Corwin Ford.

I recently purchased a new truck from Corwin Ford Republic. The transaction was seamless from start to finish. The salesperson I dealt with was Austin O’Guin. He kept me up to date throughout. When I arrived for delivery, Austin had all the paperwork ready. I was in and out in less than 30 minutes. I am completely satisfied with my purchase.

Caleb Beard went out of his way to help me with a bad car situation that was out of his control. I was in a 2024 F150 Powerboost that had a ton of problems. Caleb found a solution to get me out of the truck into something more dependable and reliable. After months of issues with the transmission the dealership was able to get the issue corrected. It needed an updated clutch pack installed and the slip yoke greased. Thankful that its not making the awful noise it was.

My daughter took in her 17 Ford Fusion for repairs under an extended warranty because the speakers in her 17 Ford Fusion were not working. Of course, 5 minutes after she picked up her Fusion, she called and said her speakers still don't work. You'd think we'd be mad, right? Well, no, because I called Service Advisor Michael this morning. He was kind, compassionate, understanding, listened, apologized, and assured me he will handle the repairs and get with the tech. We cant say good enough things about chance, he was so easy to talk to, let us make our own decisions with no pressure put on is for his own benefit and he knew an awful lot about his job, the vehicle we were buy with was a (we bought a 2026 f250 6.7l high output with a tremors package) we got what we feel was a great deal on the truck, chance knew everything about the truck, set up our Ford pass app, got us our points credited to use on future services or accessories which we plan to get some floor mats/liners. Im just blown away by how great chance was, he was even so good to our 3 kids who were with us which we appreciate so much because they can be chaotic at times. We had such a positive experience today, we got the truck we wanted and we are forever grateful we ran in to chance out in the parking lot and we got to work with him. Recently bought my first car from Mason! I'm very particular about certain things, but I also didn't know much about certain makes and models of cars so I was very thankful for how helpful Mason was. He was able to find me a Bronco Sport within my budget and with all of the specifics I wanted (i.e. heated seats, leather, box-like frame, etc).

I had a discount coupon for $30 off a oil.change, 15% off for recommended brake flush & injector cleaner . Total bill only had $ 64 dollars off. I calculated the discount should have been around $120 off or close . Not happy

Very friendly staff. The service was very timely. I received suggestions on other services to be performed with option to accept or reject. I also received full paperwork for my visit. Even with my swollen lug nuts they still rotated my tires. Very fair and competitive price for my oil change.

I took my Lincoln Aviator to Corwin Ford Republic for a C-pillar recall repair. The service was completed quickly, but it soon became clear why. During the repair, the technicians scratched two of my windows while removing the C-pillar trim. They also left adhesive residue all over my vehicle, including on the chrome trim, rubber trim, windows, and paint. This wasn't a simple wipe-down issue—the adhesive was difficult to remove and required some effort to clean. Based on these actions and unhappy with the quality of the work, I took my vehicle to another dealership for an unrelated issue. During the course of this repair, they discovered that not only had Corwin left my vehicle damaged and covered in adhesive, but the recall repair itself had not even been completed correctly. Two pieces of the C-pillar trim had to be removed and replaced because the recall work was improperly performed. What was even more disappointing was the complete lack of customer service afterward. I emailed the dealership to explain the damage and the improperly completed recall repair. I never received so much as a phone call, email, or acknowledgment of my concerns. I understand that mistakes can happen, but ignoring my legitimate concerns after damaging my vehicle is unacceptable. Based on both the poor workmanship and the complete lack of follow-up, I will never take my vehicle back to Corwin Ford Republic, and I cannot recommend their service department.

I wish that I could leave a five star review because we are really happy with the vehicle that we ended up with and are pleased with the price. However the process to get it purchased wasn’t amazing. Our initial interaction with the salesman was very good. Once we went inside to discuss the purchase price of the vehicle, things went south in a hurry. I wanted to talk about the actual price out the door for the vehicle and all the dealership wanted to talk about was the payment amount that I was willing to make. Every individual in the process acted as though they had no idea what the previous person had said or what they were talking about. Once we agreed on a final price of the vehicle, we were ushered to the finance department. It was at the stage that we were told the monthly price for the vehicle. The price had been calculated incorrectly because we had a 20% down payment. When I asked what APR was used to determine the monthly rate, I was finally told. It was significantly higher than what a local lender would have offered me with my credit score. It was at this point that we started packing our things up to leave. The finance department called the manager who said that we had agreed to that finance rate, however we did not know the actual percentage rate yet. Miraculously the finance department found a different loan with better terms and a better interest rate to finalize the sale. It makes me question what they would’ve done with the extra money if I had not paid attention to the terms they initially offered. The whole process is extremely fishy, and I believe designed to keep the consumer from knowing exactly what they are paying for the vehicle. I’m certain that a lot of people focus primarily on their monthly payment but when we make a purchase, I want to know exactly how much we are paying for something. It’s possible that I will return to buy a vehicle in the future because I definitely like where we are at today, but I want to caution anyone against their process and be prepared to know exactly how much you are paying in total.
